Pr. Hajar Mousannif is a full professor of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence with extensive experience in research, innovation, and AI strategy. She has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and patents in the field of Computer Science and AI. Her work spans applications in healthcare, education, agriculture, and safety. At Cadi Ayyad University, she launched the first Master’s program in AI and Data Science since 2017, and she actively contributes to international collaboration as Vice-Chair of working groups under the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and the Edge AI Foundation. Alongside her academic work, she is engaged in building inclusive AI communities, sharing knowledge through public speaking and a strong professional presence on LinkedIn. Recognized by UNESCO, MIT Technology Review, and others, she advocates for ethical and inclusive AI that serves both local and global communities.
